Forums upgraded to latest version

I just updated the forums to the latest version. Hopefully this will help stop the many spam attempts I have been dealing with. I had to set the new user authentications to be verfiied by me via email, and have been getting 30+ per day, 99% of which were spam attempts.

Please let me know if you see any problems.
